This really isn’t a good quality photo for many reasons. Partly because my camera is entry level, partly because there was no real light and whilst it can cope with the dark, it needs a decent tripod or a really steady hand (I have neither), but mainly because I’m not very good at photography. That aside – sometimes the subject matter transcends the quality of the snap, and this one is ace – the moon was already huge and incredibly bright, but the wisp of cloud gave it the air of some sort of celestial event. Like a comet passing or something. Alas, it was just the moon, but we can pretend.
